Template fixes tighten persisted work and production-runtime behavior.

The template-fixes integration consolidates reliability changes and the groundwork for bounded server execution. Follow-up work separates the Effect transport boundary and records its operational constraints rather than replacing the public Zod/oRPC contracts.
