What we collect
Account data such as your name, email address, password hash, passkeys and two-factor settings. Content you create, such as organizations, todos and uploaded files. Technical data such as IP address, browser, sessions and security events in the audit log.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, to send account emails such as verification, password reset and invitations, to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
We use processors that act on our instructions: Cloudflare for hosting, email and file storage, Neon for the database, and any payment or notification provider we enable.
AI agents you connect
If you connect an AI agent over MCP, it can read your data and propose drafts only within the scopes you approve. You can revoke its access at any time under Integrations.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your personal data within [30] days unless the law requires us to keep it. Security logs are kept for [90] days.
Your rights
